Every once in awhile beautiful Japanese and Korean models show up in gorgeous fluffy gowns for a photo session. Many of those gowns are far more colorful than this design here but do feature hats as well. :)

SOO Beautiful! I can vision Sabrina or Sasha wearing this dress... also gotta say the original girl in the pic with her short black hair and ya mentioned Japanese girls, well must say she looks kinda like Sailor Saturn from the sailor moon series...
